Newbie Spare Ribs QView

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post to this forum.  Anyway, I'm new to smoking and can't wait to learn more about it.  This is my 2nd attempt at smoking spare ribs (and is tonights awesome dinner) what do you guys think?  Performed on a ECB with the 3-2-1 method.  They're wrapped in foil right now waiting for the wife to come home, can't wait!

That 3-2-1 method is hard to beat if you like super tender ribs. Great job!!

Yes everything looks great form the ribs to the Qview too. So I bet you will get the special thanks from the wife for dinner it looks delicous. Then you need to stop into Roll Call soon.
