Hello all! My name is Mike and I have been wanting to expand my smoking/grilling game for a while now. I have been doing the occasional pork shoulder on my slightly modified ECB for about a year now and I am completely hooked on it. However, I want to get into smoking all types of meat fish, poultry, lamb, beef, even vegetables! I am looking forward to learning from the pros on this forum and sharing my successes and failures with y'all.
