Hello everyone! My name is Corey and I live up in northern michigan. I'm an ER nurse for a living and a food Enthusiest with an interest in building my skills in smoked meats. I've done a lot of research and trying to perfect the hobby. I recently traded in my masterbuilt 30" for a Bradley 6 rack smoker and also a kamado joe XL with pit viper digital fan/temp modules that we received as a great early wedding gift from my family. I have the tools now its time to join a great forum and learn learn learn!! Looking forward to chatting with you all!
