Hey all: I am as novice as they come to smoking, but I do consider myself a great BBQ man and I have a passion for BBQ. I have a brother-in-law who has gotten me into smoking (he got one this summer) and I am looking for ideas on anything from smoker types to recipes and everything in between. I am currently in the process of researching the right smoker for me, which at this point I believe is the Masterbuilt 40 in. Vertical Propane Gas Smoker. Any recommendations out there are greatly appreciated. I am really excited to get started as my brother-in-law and I have the lofty goal of opening up our own restaurant which will feature (hopefully) a line of smoked meats!
