Newbie on Roll Call

Hi all, I'm baby new at smoking meat, have tried a couple Sir Loin 1" steaks that turned out very good. But I still have a lot to learn.

I'm retired Army and live in Colorado. My three passions are women, brewing beer, and smoking meat. (OK, that not all, but it's a good start). LOL!!  Looking forward to learning as much as possible from you all.
