Put a 10lb boston butt in my electric smoker this morning around 230AM. Went to sleep, woke up 3 hours later and the smoker had shut off at some point. Smoker was set at 230 degrees before I went to bed. When I woke up exactly 3 hours later the temp inside was 80 degrees, and meat was warm to the touch, so I fired it back up. No idea how long during that 3 hour period it was off. It's been cooking at 230 ever since just fine. Should I throw it out or should it be ok?

Thanks in advance!

You're probably OK as long as you didn't inject it or poke a probe or anything into the muscle during those 3 hours.  A whole, intact muscle should be fine.

Just crank it up and get it done.
