I purchased smoking it electric smoker 2 yesterday so now I have to wait for it I have been using smokey hollow smoker know for a few years but the hinges started breaking I replace them but it is not a tight seal anymore it did the job but now I wanted to upgrade the only concern is that there is not enough rm for the meat I have smoked brisket turkey breasts rib I am 50 years old live in apple valley MN and looking to join in and get a little knowledge
