Newbie in Vermont

Just joined today, I'm a 57 year old that loves to BBQ, I currently have XL Big Green Egg, am looking to purchase a Oyler Little Red Smokehouse if the price is right, just sold a Klose Backyard Chef model and either will get another stick burner trailered or the Oyler and put it on a trailer. I don't cater or anything I just love to smoke for family and friends. I do about 5 pounds of cheese a week as my family loves it, being the youngest of 9 kids my brothers & sisters loves my new found hobby. I'v been smoking for about three years now. Still don't compete but maybe some day. Looking forward to learning from people who have much more experience then I do. Thanks for the site Jeff.
