Newbie in South AL

Hello All - I have been following this forum off and on for about 6 months. A few weeks back I purchased a 40 inch MasterBuilt electric smoker. So far the only thing I have smoked is ribs (3 different smokes) and they all turned out delicious. I used many of the tips I read about on this forum so I'd like to say thank you. I plan on smoking my 1st Boston Butt this coming weekend for the Super Bowl. I'm looking forward to many years of happy smoking!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
