Newbie in Northeast Ohio

After scouring an endliess list of great information, I suppose I should give a little back...

Hello everyone. I'm John & I live in North Canton OH, which is a suburb of Canton OH, home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. (rah-rah!)

After much grilling outside (and even in very cold Ohio temperatures) I talked my wife into letting me purchase a smoker. I ordered one of the Camp Chef 24" Smoke Vaults (gas) & am very much looking forward to trying it out once it arrives. I'm so excited... I already got wood chips, couple of wireless meat thermometers, propane tank, etc, just need the smoker now. ;-)

I look forward to swapping stories & pics with everyone, along with some really killer recipies.
