Newbie in NH

I have been lurking thru the newsletter for a while and now that I have to replace my grill have decided on a smoker. I am still researching between electric vs lump charcoal. I live in NH and would like something I can use most of the year. I was looking at the smoker/gas combo and the reviews are mixed. Also looking at the Cabellas electric. Looks to be a lot of info and helpful hints here so I will keep lurking and will update with purchase soon. Wil thank everyone for the info right from the start.   Al St Aubin, NH

Now I am looking at a UDS. Have to do some more research on here about wat is needed to build one. I like DIY projects and that might be fun. Always tastes better if you put the work into it yourself.
