Hey BillM,

I did one about the same size a couple of weeks ago with pretty good results. I smoked for about 3 hours and then wrapped in foil for the remainder of the cook since it was so small and trimmed. Not much of a smoke ring on it but it was very tender and juicy. I'm sure it will be a lot of trial and error especially when they are that size. Hope you enjoy the forum as much as I have in this short amount of time.
 
Hey Guys,
I'm gonna try that brisket again. I'll try the suggestions of foiling after a coupla hours. Do you guys also smoke it in a pan, mopping and flipping every hour?
