I just purchased my first smoker (Brinkmann vertical). I am learning that this is called an ECB. I am very new at this, but that is ok my boys and I are learning together. I have all kind of questions before we do our first run. First question I would have would be how can you tell if the smoker is seasoned properly? I know this sounds simple but this is my first time. I have been looking around the site and I like what I see, just havent had a chance to read a lot of the threads yet. Look forward to getting advice.
