  1. Hello,

I am just looking into buying my first smoker this spring and trying to figure out what I really want, only thing I know is I want to be able to cold smoke.

I live in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, right at the very bottom of Lake Huron, I have been smoking fish for years with friends using their smokers and it is time to invest because I am a meat eater and love cooking and grilling.

I will be rooting around in the archives for a while trying to read up on the different types of smokers.

    Regards,

    PC

  6. Gary, I ordered an Iron Chef Junior. For the price I feel they are a better investment than the "boxstore" brands. Time will tell. It will be at my house tomorrow and be seasoned tomorrow night. I have already purchased the pork loins that will go in it  Saturday morning
