Hello my name is Brendon, I'm from the Indiana and just joined this site. I'm kind of new to smoking but very anxious to learn more and maybe be as good as everyone else on here at smoking meats! My hobby is cooking, I love to try new things if it's on a stove, grill, or smoker! I'm happy to be apart of such a great community with the same hobbies as me, and can't wait to learn and get to cooking great food!

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Thank you both for the welcome! I will defiantly us that search, i have somethings I am already interested in. And yes not a lot of people have the same spelling as my name it's kind of nice at times but I always get called Brendon. Lol
