Hi I've just started smoking food this summer. Bought a Big Chief electric smoker while camping and fishing last month. Smoked fish (dolly Varden) was awesome!
I'm in glorious Alberta nice and close to excellent fishing.
Between making quilts, playing with my 6 dogs and 4 cats, family fun hoping to start making our own sausages and homemade beef jerky. My father used to have a smoker and has been giving me a few tips.

Hello and welcome to the forum, Great place to learn and share, and a bunch of good people. Looks Awesome !!!
