  1. Hello everyone!

    My name is Troy and I'm from Titletown (Green Bay) Wisconsin. The wife and I are addicted to smoked food and after years of using a stock Chief we upgraded and want to take this love to the next level. This forum is is a wealth of information! Almost to the point of information overload but thats a good thing! :)

    I hope to be able to contribute to this great community in the future.
