Newbie Here

Hey all,

I am fairly new to smoking, but I absolutely love it, I am hooked. I am up in MN so I hope to keep the smoke rolling this winter. Right now I have an electric ECB (freebie). I have smoked a a few things on it, which turned out good, and look forward to firing it up as much as possible. I also just scored a charcoal ECB (freebie) and am excited to fire this one up as well. I am looking forward to the tips, suggestions and ideas on this site.

Welcome to SMF Denny-those charcoal ECB are good little smokers once you do some minor modifications to it-check out the charcoal smoker section for tips. My first smoker was a charcoal ECB which now resides at my daughters house.
