So decided to join while I'm sitting here doing this over night cook. I'm sure I'll prolly end up doing something wrong lol. I've got a 7lb pork butt sitting in my kettle grill. Temp is sitting at about 215/220. Just a store bought rub. Apple wood chunks and using the snake method. Giving it a spray of apple cider fireball whiskey spray every once in a while.
