Started moding my brinkmann 852-7080-E this year based on mods I've found online. I have only smoked on other's smokers, this will be my first Smoker. I can't wait to get started! :yahoo: I've been collecting parts and finding ways to mod my smoker with limited tools and resources. Installed lid damper, replaced thermostat, raised and installed charcoal Grate, installed gasket rope to seal top gaps, and installed installation material on the door. I want to install two dampers on the bottom and debating installing a damper on the lower side adjacent to the charcoal pan for temp control.
