Newbie from Wisconin

Hello all, new to this site and love it here already. Learning new stuff and ideas. Its cold here in Wisconsin was -40 this morning w/ wind chill. I have smoked a little in my life but wanting to do more of it. I'm tired spending all my money and having stuff smoked for me. I am looking to build my 1st refrigerator smoker. About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Where in the world in Wisconsin are you, the shores of Lake Superior? I am in northeast Wisconsin and u haven't had a morning below 10 yet this week.

Anyway, happy smoking. I am pretty new to this smoking thing but have to say the folks around here have really cut my learning curve down. Enjoy and when you find something that really helps you hit the subscribe button. Much easier to find later.

Im living in Hudson Wi. On the mn/border. Yesterday high was -6 and had 35 winds. It was flipping cold when i was outside working. Im not quite sure where you getting your weather but it has been a cold one down here. Enjoy and keep the cold up there where your at. Enjoy your day.

Welcome aboard! Plan on smoking year around? Guys my thermometer just went positive out of the negative for first time in about 36 hours. It is damn cold out there.
