Newbie from Wichita Falls, TX

Hi, I',m Judy and I messed up my user name.  It should be wisejudy.  I gave my husband the Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker Model #20070814 for his birthday late April.  Well DH is only home on Friday night, Sat and until Sunday after church as he is an ROTC teacher in Muskogee OK.  So-o-o- it's up to me to learn how to do this, until he finally gets a job here or retires!  Love this site.  I've been lurking to get an idea on how to use the smoker correctly since the directions that came with it were AWFUL.  Not specific enough for me, but you foks have great intel.  So I decided to join because I have lots of questions.

Lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another. Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty. BTW, I live only a half hour drive from Muskogee.
