Hello everyone! I'm Tim aka daddypig from Butler, Pa. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran 91-95, and now I build bridges and play around with all things concrete for a living. I bought a Smokin Tex 1400 in June and I use it at least once or twice a week. Everyone loves the way the products have been coming out but I know you can always learn more and that's why I'm here. Looking foreword to being part of the group. My mission here is to make my BBQ some of the best that my friends and family have ever eaten... And with your help I can see me accomplishing this someday.

Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with their opinion on the subject.
