Howdy all,
Stumbled upon this site a few weeks back & really got inspired to get out the Big Chief & do some experimenting. It is amazing how much knowledge & help is on this forum & the people seem really friendly. I have smoked a lot of Salmon & Steelhead, but want to try different things. I smoked a small 6# Brisket last night with great results, next is a Fatty. I do the cooking in the family & grill probably 3-4 times a week when not running kids to football, baseball or basketball. Thanks to all for making this such a great site!

Howdy Fishawn! Glad ya found us. This is a fantastic site with some very nice people here. Never be afraid to ask a question...the knowledge on this site would fill a library in itself! Great jokes, great food and people....what more could one ask for! Share some pics and any tips you have on your smoking adventures. If you haven't checked into it yet, be sure and check out Jeffs rub mixture and his sauce. It is simply fantastic and the only thing you'll ever use once you try it. It really is that good. Anyway...cheers and welcome.
