Greetings all -

Just got myself a Master Forge Double Door smoker.  I've done a little indirect heat smoking with my standard gas grill, but now slowly entering the full-on smoking.  After reading these forums for awhile, figured the MF unit would be a good entry level piece of equipment until I decided to go hog wild.  Based on recommendations, I've ordered and received some rope gasket for the doors.  Plan to install those this week so that the unit will be ready for full on smoking this weekend.

Already took the 5-day ecourse and ordered myself the Maverick 732.  Last week, I smoked some boneless skinless chicken breast with a rub recipe I have.  Turned out very good, IMO.  Thinking about trying some ribs this weekend if the weather is good.
