Hey everyone, I'm Rob from Utah. I've been smoking for about a year now. I currently have a char-griller but have been dreaming of a Lang smoker.....someday. I mostly stick to smoking pork but i'm starting to broaden my horizons (hopefully some potatoes this weekend). Anywho, I finally got around to registering for the forums, but i've been reading the posts and Smoking-Meat.com for quite a while now, and have learned a lot. So a big thanks to Jeff and everyone that has contributed to my successful smokes, your advice is well appreciated by friends and family. Thanks
