Tired of only getting good Q from restaurants so bought a 18.5 WSM a few weeks ago.  Can't wait to keep trying new things.  So far I've done chicken thighs, bacon, spare ribs, pork shoulder, and brisket.  Doing some Baby Backs today along with some bacon wrapped cheese stuffed jalapenos.  Today's also the first time using Jeff's rub and sauce both of which taste great.  I've already put the handle mod on the unit which makes moving the center section much easier.  Thinking I'll try and put some wheels on as well but next up is a thermometer unit to help monitor temps.

Welcome Aboard!  Smoking in MN is getting difficult this summer...........our state bird wants to carry me away whenever I step outside
