Hello

I have had an off-set smoker that was my "try and see if I can do this", I recently gave it to a co-worker and purchased a 18 1/2" Weber Smokey Mountain cooker. So I am learning all over again. I hope to learn from you all. I will probably be asking a lot of questions about the WSM. Thank you and smoke on!
