newbie from rising sun IN

  1. Hello everyone. My name is Darren and i am new to smoking. I bought a masterbuilt vertical water smoker and I will be trying my first spare ribs on sunday. I am using a recipe out of a great cookbook i bought called smoke and spice. I have added a wireless thermometer to my smoker and glad i did because during my initial seasoning of smoker i found out the stock thermometer
