I was quite sure where to post these, but here are some pics of tonights pork chops, and my new grill.

I replaced the thermometer that came with the grill with my old gaser one. It works much better. I also smashed up a few fire brick that I had laying around to about the size of "lava rock", and spread them around under the cooker side charcoal tray. I not sure if this was a good move or not as this is the first time I'm trying it.
