Like alot of folks, I've been lurking here for a year or two, learning and enjoying. Decided I had to join the forum to tell Bear that his recipe for double smoked ham was the best I've ever tried. It also made a sub, sub par smoker look good to the co-workers. I'm North of Tulsa by less than 20 miles (you'd think some of Jeff's greatness would rub off on me). I'm a family man (wife, 3 boys and a daughter in law). The wife decided at the tender age of 54 to go back to school to be a CNP. She is unreal disciplined and focused (studies 18 hours a day). My oldest is in Iraq right now. He's a PJ (made famous by TV), but is missing his bride terribly. My middlest is working and would like to go to diesel mechanic school. My youngest is in a Christian college in Missouri and wants to be a medical missionary. He wants to be a physical therapist like his old dad. So much more than you wanted to know, but there it is. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the knowledge, wisdom, and time that you guys willingly give us. Thank you.
Living in His grace,
Gary
