Hello fellow smokers, I am new to the world of smoking meats. I was raised on smoked goods and have always enjoyed eating them. It's my soul food. A friend of mine (K5YAC) gave me an ECB yesterday and introduced me to this site. I have been wanting to get into smoking for quite some time now but I just never did it. When the oppurtunity came around to grab the ECB I jumped on it. I am very excited to smoke my first batch of meats. I really can't wait to do my first ABT's & Fatties. I am going to try and do a pork shoulder this weekend if I can get to the grocery store. Any tips or hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
