Welcome aboard, glad to have ya! Besure and take jeffs 5 day e-course, it's free and has alot of great info in it. Also, there is good info to the left of the forum. Then, try out the search function for great ideas as well. Then if you need more or can't find what you are lookin for, just ask on the forum, there is always somebody willin to help and lots of knowledge and wisdom here.

On edit: laurel bet me by a couple hares, but you'll get along fine here.
