Hello all, I'm a new owner to a Louisiana pellet grill and am new to pellet smoking and grilling.   I love to grill, but the chilly North Dakota winters limit me to a few months a year.   In spite of this, I have about 6 grills that I use (two locations) and this is my second smoker, the first being my version of an ugly drum, which works great.   I'm big into the allrecipes.com website and generally just love to cook.   It's 45 out right now and windy and cloudy, but the heck with it, the grill can't wait.   I have a spatchcock chicken on right now that I'm smoking.   Hoping for good things.

Welcome Duboos,I lived in Minot for several years but have since moved back south. Can't say I miss the cold weather but I sure do miss the ice fishing. On the plus side though, I can smoke year around now!
