Hello to all. My name is Darren and i am from North California. I have been smoking for about 8 years. I mainly use a Bradley Electric smoker because its easy and i is just me and my wife. My other smoker is a homemade Offset stick burner. I average about 3 smokes a week. I like to post lots of pics and i hope to learn alot.

    Cheers: Darren
