Newbie From Newfoundland

Hi All,

  I am a Conservation Officer from Newfoundland, Canada.  Just purchased a new Weber Smoky Mountain Smoker and a used Little Chief Smoker that I plan to use for fish.  I am brand new to the art of smoking and just joined this forum as a starting point.  From browsing around I know that this might be the only site I will need!!!  Loads of info.  I plan to use my weber very soon to smoke some ribs or a chicken when I can get enough info on doing it.  I am also looking for a few good BBQ sauce recipes.....if anyone is willing to share.   I look forward to reading the posts and plan on posting a lot myself on my progress. I look forward to meeting every one of you.. virtually .

Robin, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and exciting about using your new Weber!  There are lots of folks here with Weber Smokey Mountains and Kettles so any question you have will find lots of answers.
