I am fairly new to the smoking world.  About two years ago i got a Bradley smoker from a family member and never knew much about the whole process.  I am becoming more interested in smoking after trying it occasionally in the past few years on different types of meats and seafood.  I am an outdoor guy, love hunting and fishing so there is no shortage of meat and seafood to experiment with.  I process all the game I harvest and occasionally butcher other animals including pigs in a small shop i have set up in my garage.  I  have been on the forum in the past and have just recently decided to join.  It seems like it is the place to be when i have a question or concern when it comes to smoking.  looking forward to the advice that I may need.
