Newbie from NC

Hello, my name is David.  Bought a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite back in June when it was on sale.  Figured it looked good to get my feet wet.  Finally was able to season it last weekend, now just to find the time to cook some meat around the kids baseball schedules!  Need to get a good thermometer, will look at the Mavericks everyone seems to love. Once I have that, it should be on like Donkey Kong!  :)
