I just bought my first smoker, a MES from Lowes. Smoked a butt and two racks of BB with a run recipe I got years back from Men's Health magazine. A- fricking-mazing. Got interested in smoking after hanging out with my brother in law. (Even though he's a Fireman, I still let him hang out with me)[emoji]128513[/emoji] cooked 2-2-1 foiled with Tiger sauce, butter and Brown sugar. Look forward to exploring and learning!
