Newbie from MN

    I need all the help I can get. It would be nice to have some home-made rubs not a lot of salt.. I have a 33" Master Build Smokehouse Elec. I have done a bone-in pork butt it turn out super. Bone-Chicken Beasts also super. Bought a papa john's pizza put it in for two hours not bad tell what I did wrong. I want to try baby-back-ribs. I would like to get some smoking under mt belt.[​IMG]

     Go to the wiki section and type in emans pig rub . No salt rub that i use on pork and yard bird.
