Well im from southeast lower part of michigan and i have been playing around with a pellet smoker for a while and just picked up a reverse flow stick burner on a trailer. IT needs some work and i im not sure about a few things on it or if they are done correctly. With that said i will be reading alot and asking some questions once i get all the measurements of the FB,CC and baffle.  So this will be a new venture for me. Thanks and this is a great site from what i have seen.

Welcome to the forum from Lansing Rollnthunder.  And what a great forum it is to learn the art of smoking everything.

We have a Michigan group here.  http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/groups/show/27/michigan-members-group

If you get a chance check it out and please join if you have not done so yet.

We have a yearly get together and I hope you can make it next year.  We also have occasional cheese smokes here or there so if you can join in please do.

It’s always nice to see another Michigander here.
