I  love the art of smoking and BBQ!  I love to make new things for my family to try and enjoy. I am currently trying to shed a few pounds and be a healthier person. I am active and will try just about anything once. I have a Brinkman bullet smoker that I've had for about 15 years. It has done the job so far! I ditched the charcoal briquettes for lump hardwood, and have a steady supply of apple, cherry and hickory chunks for smoke. I think in the near future I would like to get something bigger. I smoked my first boston butt (10 pounds) and found out it took the whole shelf. It also was the best piece of pork I have ever eaten and probably the cheapest per pound! lol! My next stepping stone will be a beef brisket! So when I am ready I will be looking for advice. I look forward to learning and sharing. Thanks Scott
