Hey all,

The name is Brian, I am new to smoking less than 6 months, I have done several tenderloins, ribs and just recently done my 1st brisket. Im currently using a MBE smoker. I like it but after more learning and tinkering I hope to move into an actual wood burning smoker..I live in eastern KY in a little 1 horse town called Booneville.. The only down fall to small town life is the 45 min trip to a SUPER Walmart lol.. I hope to see you all around and get to know you guys better..

Thanks

Brian

Hello Brian! I've been to the Daniel Boone Wilderness, plenty of opportunities to walk off a cliff! In Ohio the Hocking Hills area is very similar, but on a smaller scale.

I know what you mean about remote living. I'm in the Canadian Rockies and I have to get creative to get some ingredients and equipment.

This is a great forum with lots of information and kind members who are willing to help.

I look forward to your posts.
