I'm a truck driver that lives in southern ia. I'm using a brinkmann vertical charcoal /wood smoker. I'm doing my first smoke as I write this. About an 8 pound pork butt. Just about done.

It turned out really good for a first time. Will be doing a lot of reading and perfecting my techniques.
