Hello everyone, looking forward to this forum. I’m from northern Indiana, about 50 miles south of Lake Michigan. I’ve been smoking meat and fish for over 25 years in a variety of smokers, some homemade and some commercial. Currently I’m smoking with a Masterbuilt 30 (my second one) and happy with its results. I’m always looking for new ideas, tips and recipes and I believe I’m going to enjoy this forum very much.
