Dean here from central Indiana. Recently purchased a Cookshack SM025.
First up, 2 chickens smoked with bourbon barrel chunks with pan underneath containing beer & other seasonings. Long story short, everybody loved the taste of the bourbon barrel.
Next up, baby back ribs Fast Eddy style. Wife told me they were better than when I cooked them on my Big Green Egg. And everybody raved about them then. Thanks Fast Eddy!
Will be doing turkey for turkey day.

Anxious to do some reading and experimenting on here. Looks like an excellent source of smoking information on here.
Also will be cold smoking some cheese on the future as well.
Now, back to work!
