Hello everyone, my name is Ben and I am pretty stoked about learning a ton from all of ya. I manage a major chain retail store, but was a butcher for 15 years prior to that. I still process lots and lots of critters and about 200 whitetails a year in my shop.I have worked with the big rig smokehouses, everything automatic, but am now going to build a smoker based on a friends successful prototype. Can't wait to get started on it soon, will welcome any suggestions on what to do and what not to do with its conception.Thanks to everyone in advance, look forward to making some friends!!
