Hello from the great part of California, Redding. I just found this site a couple of days ago but I have been putting my new (6 months old) GOSM (the little one) through it's paces. I currently have in my first fatty, found out about that here, hamburgers, and an assortment of sausages all while drink an ice cold Bud. I love the fourth. I am having trouble keeping by GOSM at 225-250 since it is 111deg here today. I am not even sure if I have the propane on anymore. I have always had a problem w/ my GOSM being to hot but turn the tank on only 1/3 of turn works for me. Anyway, love the site and info and I am looking forward to learning a lot and sharing what I figure out on my own. have a wonderful and safe fourth of July!!! I have had my GOSM for under a year but before that I did alot of experimenting on the grill doing tri-tips and chips in a boat. I into shooting things with my camera or my gun. Married w/ kids and i love long walks on the beach during the sunset.....oh wait, to much info. Oh yea, I hate the terms "newbie" and "far-nor-cal" but it get the point across. If I say northern california. I always get in return "oh, san fransisco?".. aahhhahh NO!
