I am "all in" with smoking now... I am hooked. I have had a smoker for three weeks and have made a brisket, chicken tenders, beef ribs and Montreal smoked meat. I like making the rubs and enjoy using my Masterbuilt electric. I started with an inexpensive charcoal smoker, but it leaked and was hard to keep temps. Masterbuilt has made it easier for me to play "pit master."
