Newbie from Connecticut

Hi all! I'm Jim from Connecticut. Brand new to smoking. I've been grilling for long time and trying something new. My smoker is a homemade that I got when I bought my house.the previous owner gave to me, so now I'm doing my first Brisket. It's a 6.5 pounder and I'm 2hrs in. Wish me luck. Hope to gain a lot of knowledge.
